Swell way to end 2020 – my doctor asked me to quarantine and get a COVID-19 test.
I’m sick like sinus infection sick, but I have a few concerning symptoms. But I’m not wiped out sick.
The irritating bit is that the testing centers are closed for the holidays as is my pharmacy. So I can’t just zip out tomorrow to get that done and start my antibiotics.
I have to sit patiently with this anxiety for a few days. That’s humbling. And a lot of work.
I’ve been tested before. The process seems to have improved. I’m glad I was honest with my PCP about my symptoms and seek some relief for what ails me. Call your doctor.
