Happy Galentine’s Day!

Galentine’s Day brings women together to celebrate each other every year the day before Valentine’s day. Today we honor our platonic soulmates and the bond between friendships formed that deserve celebration.

I’m not one for the term “gal” anymore than bestie or BFF or GBF. But a day to celebrate friendship with other women is a good idea.

I am sick with a post-Winter Fern cold. Today my gals showed up for me. Diane brought me a quart of clam chowder from Eat’n Park. Marie took care of Pretty Girl. I appreciate them. Happy Galentine’s Day, ladies.
