Last week, I posted an update on court proceedings. In addition to the ongoing need for legal and living donations or perhaps within it, a sub-request, I need $750 for a historical house appraisal. Within 24 hours, you donated $461 – thank you. THANK YOU.
That leaves $289.
Our next step is to arrange for a historic home appraisal. There are four points in time – purchase, date of domestic partnership, date of marriage, and date of separation. I’m genuinely curious about that information. How do they asses? How do they tell the difference between say 2007 and 2017?
This is a pretty standard part of a divorce. It is complicated – as is everything – by our history as registered domestic partners who married after 2014.
But it will cost me $750 and I could use your help with this.
Will you help with this specific cost? $289
