For those of us continuing to social distance, finding things to do to celebrate holidays like Halloween can be a challenge. Laura and I donated candy to Proud Haven to offset the sadness of not giving out tricks or treats. We’ve harvested pumpkins, had apple cider and pumpkin cookies, we drove to see the leaves. We watched It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The only thing left on my list is to watch the Paul Lynde holiday special.
But fear not (or fear a lot?) because local theater comes to our rescue with some scary storytelling events. So you can stay home and safe during this truly terrifying time of a third surge in coronavirus.
I know you want to do the typical fun things. It isn’t safe. We keep having these surges because people rationalize socializing. That’s the most ghoulish thing of all.
