“There is a false saying, ‘Whoever cannot save himself — how can he save others?’ But if I have the key to your chains, why should your and my lock be the same?”  Friedrich Nietzsche

The fate of the blog is tied up in the fate of me, Sue. But it is not a linear relationship. I can continue to blog and advocate whilst trying to secure my own life. While I am an ardent fan of Austen, the Bronte sisters, and period pieces, I do not wish to become a dependent distant relation rotated through households every so many months so as not to be a true burden, just a wee obligation.

That’s to say – we can save each other and ourselves. Together. I still have keys to try with your locks.

There are several possible outcomes to my current trials and tribulations . Most will require supporting the blogger and the blog, ideally on a monthly recurring basis for a few years.

How can you help?

Support the blog – our Patreon is a serviceable way to set up the recurring donation from $5 and up.   www.patreon.com/pghlesbian

Support the blogger – the GoFundMe also has a recurring donation option bit.ly/HelpLGBTQBlogger

You can also opt for any of these supports as well
