Pgh LGBTQIA+ Commission Recommends City Officials Not Engage Radio Stations

At the October 20, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Pittsburgh LGBTQIA+ Commission,
the following recommendation was adopted:


The LGBTQIA+ Commission recommends that the City of Pittsburgh, including the
Mayor’s Office, the City Council, and all department heads, not participate in any
relationship with any radio station, including the five (5) that are known to air the
transphobic advertisement; such relationships include interviews, promotional
relationships, and sponsorships.
