The workshop will cover best practices and includes two panels: one of media professionals and one of LGBTQ community members, both facilitated by Jodi Hirsh. You will walk away with a thorough explanation of best practices, lots of real life examples from the journalists and the community and a list of resources for future stories, including contact information for leaders in the LGBTQ Community.
