I’m pretty sure this ties Ayanbadejo and Kluwe for the league lead in amicus briefs filed with the Supreme Court this offseason.

A Colorado elementary school has banned a 6 year old transgirl from using the girls bathroom at school. Lawsuit has been filed. This child’s family is pretty amazing.

It is spring which means the usual round of lawsuits about prom dates/photos, etc are bound to crop up even though we’ve been down this path before. In this case, a Florida teen files suit against school for blocking participation in ‘Day of Silence’ – LGBTQ Nation 

This post on HuffPo Gay Voices made me stop & think about my own experiences with the TSA. I didn’t know there was a different screening process for men and women. Why I Hate the TSA.
