Examples of our work
Your Critter Sitters was a full service in-home pet care provider offering pet sitting, dog walking and pet massage throughout the Pittsburgh region. We worked with them from 2013 until 2017 when the owner retired and closed the business. We continue to work with her, supporting her social media efforts for her part-time work with pet massage.
Our work included managing the company Facebook page, Twitter account, Google account, LinkedIN page and contributing to the Instgram account. We also helped launched their corporate blog. We are currently working the retired owner to convert her social media accounts to support her retirement interests.
K.S. Kennedy Distinctive Floral is a Pittsburgh based floral company with a retail presence on the North Shore, an extensive degree of work in bridal and special events. We helped the owner set up his Facebook page as well as learn how to use his own timeline. A few months later, he brought us back to do the same with Twitter and then Instagram. He now manages his own accounts, calling us when he faces a specific challenge.
Penn Forest National Burial Park is the first and only certified natural burial grounds in Pennsylvania and is located on 35-acres of forestland in Penn Hills, 13-miles from downtown Pittsburgh. We are working with the Park to grow their Facebook presence and develop a blog on their website.
OfficeWorx is a regional cleaning company offering residential and corporate services. They had no online presence. We’ve started by setting up a Facebook page and are in the process of developing a social media strategy.
Leese and Marissa are hair stylists and sisters who want to establish a social media presence to build up their client base. We are working on a strategy to craft a social media identity for their unique work within the context of their salon employer.
Merle Norman Cosmetics is a franchise of the national company, based in New Kensington. We spent six months working the franchise owner to help her understand the workings of Facebook as well as create content to support the business. We handed off the page to the owner who was able to work with the Merle Norman corporate offices to access content development moving forward.
Northside Common Ministries is a non-sectarian, non-profit, community-based organization established in 1982 by a collaboration of 30 local churches to meet the increasing needs of the homeless population. Their work is supported and facilitated by hundreds of volunteers, including members of more than 60 church congregations.
NCM operates the Northside Community Food Pantry, the largest food pantry in Western Pennsylvania which serves 1,000 families every month. The food pantry advisors asked SueCat to help with a short term crowdfund appeal to raise the funds for needed renovations. The goal was $12,000. We raised more than $30,000 in less than six weeks.
