Here's the comment I included when I signed the petition: I remember years ago traveling to Pittsburgh and attending a men's group at the Quaker Meeting House. I was quite surprised to discover that both straight and gay men were part of the group. At that time, I had never experienced such openness and unity as I experienced that night in Pittsburgh. I urge you to join the large number of individuals and organizations that have contributed to the "It Get Better" campaign. I'm 60 years old and I've had many friends (0ver 35) who committed suicide, were brutally beaten, or murdered due to the bullying and discrimination LGBT people continue to suffer.
